Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Octarq. Because the Software is a digital product delivered immediately, the following applies.
14-day refund
Section titled “14-day refund”If Octarq Pro or Elite isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of
purchase by emailing support@octarq.org from your purchase email. We’ll refund
the most recent payment and revoke the license.
Subscriptions
Section titled “Subscriptions”You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not charged again. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.
Lifetime / one-time purchases
Section titled “Lifetime / one-time purchases”Eligible for the 14-day refund above. After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Statutory rights
Section titled “Statutory rights”Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law of your jurisdiction.
How to request
Section titled “How to request”Email support@octarq.org with your purchase email and order reference. Refunds
are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
