For every incoming email routed through your mailboxes, Octarq’s AI pipeline instantly extracts key metrics:

  • Executive Summary: Generate a concise, one-line summary for rapid message scanning.
  • Semantic Classification: Automatically categorize messages into structured buckets (bills, OTP verification, marketing, customer support, important, personal).
  • Priority Scoring: Calculate an importance rating to highlight critical communications.
  • Frictionless OTP Delivery: Instantly extract multi-factor verification codes (OTPs) and push them directly to your alert channels, speeding up administrative logins.

BYO-LLM (Bring-Your-Own-LLM) Model

Connect Octarq to your provider of choice via AI Inbox → Configure (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Mistral, or a local Ollama instance). Credentials are kept secure using AES-GCM encryption. You pay token fees directly to the model provider, avoiding middleware markups.

Autonomous Agent Integration

AI Inbox automation is part of the Elite orchestration layer. Elite also features Daily Morning Briefings via Telegram, AI Invoice OCR that updates your expense ledger automatically, and an integrated Model Context Protocol (MCP) Agent to query database records using natural language.
